1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any application or service provided by Universum Global Solutions LLC ("UniversumGS", "we", "our", "us"), including Verify2Buy and VerifyMed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals using Verify2Buy as consumers, and organizations using VerifyMed as a B2B platform. Additional terms may apply for enterprise or white-label agreements, and in the event of a conflict, those additional terms prevail.
2. Our Services
Verify2Buy
Verify2Buy is an AI-powered mobile application that enables consumers to scan product barcodes, QR codes, and GS1 Digital Link codes to check product authenticity, view confidence scores, compare product images, scan receipts, and earn rewards. Verify2Buy is intended for informational purposes only.
VerifyMed
VerifyMed is a B2B healthcare supply chain compliance platform for authorized hospital and healthcare facility personnel. It enables scanning of medical device Unique Device Identifiers (UDIs) via mobile app or dashboard, upload of supplier invoices — individually or in bulk via CSV — for automated line-item verification against the FDA GUDID database and FDA, Health Canada, TGA Australia, and MHRA UK recall data (with EU MDR and CDSCO India coverage on our roadmap), an auto-populated asset and warranty registry with expiry alerts, vendor risk ranking, and generation of compliance reports and dashboards. VerifyMed is intended solely for use by authorized facility staff and is not for consumer or patient use.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for any interruption or change to the services.
3. Accounts & Access
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Guest Access (Verify2Buy)
Verify2Buy allows limited use without account registration via a Guest session. Guest sessions expire after 30 days and associated data may be deleted at that time. UniversumGS is not responsible for data loss from expired Guest sessions.
Authorized Users (VerifyMed)
VerifyMed accounts are provisioned by authorized facility administrators. You may only access VerifyMed under credentials assigned to you by your organization. Sharing credentials is prohibited. Unauthorized access to VerifyMed constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting privacy@universumgs.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of our services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from our services without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent scan data, fake reports, or receipt uploads
• Attempt to manipulate product confidence scores or recall data
• Use VerifyMed to access, process, or store patient health information (PHI) in any form
• Impersonate another user, organization, or UniversumGS
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or servers
• Use our services in any way that could harm UniversumGS's reputation or expose us to legal liability
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, software, algorithms, trademarks, and materials comprising the Verify2Buy and VerifyMed platforms are the exclusive property of Universum Global Solutions LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in our services or intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications and services solely for their intended purposes as described in these Terms. This license does not permit you to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit our services without a separate written agreement.
User-Submitted Content
When you submit content through our services (including product photos, fake reports, and receipt images), you grant UniversumGS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Consumer Confidence Score and all product verification results provided by Verify2Buy are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of product authenticity, safety, or quality. Verify2Buy relies on third-party databases, user-submitted data, and AI analysis, all of which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
UniversumGS expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided through Verify2Buy. Do not rely solely on Verify2Buy results when making purchasing, health, or safety decisions.
⚠ Important Disclaimer — VerifyMed
VerifyMed is a compliance assistance tool. Recall and validation data is sourced from publicly available FDA, Health Canada, TGA Australia, and MHRA UK databases and is provided on an as-available basis. EU MDR and CDSCO India coverage are on our roadmap and not yet active. UniversumGS does not guarantee that all active recalls are reflected in real time. VerifyMed results must not be used as the sole basis for clinical, procurement, or patient safety decisions.
VerifyMed is not a substitute for your organization's own compliance programs, regulatory obligations, or professional judgment. Healthcare facility personnel are solely responsible for final procurement and patient safety decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniversumGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage, arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with or rely on third-party services including:
• Anthropic Claude AI — used for AI image comparison, AI Lens product identification, and VerifyMed invoice processing. Anthropic's terms and privacy policy apply to data processed through their API.
• AWS — cloud infrastructure for data storage and processing
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — authentication providers for Verify2Buy
• FDA GUDID / openFDA — publicly available medical device and recall databases
• Health Canada — publicly available recall data
• TGA Australia (Therapeutic Goods Administration) — publicly available recall data
• MHRA UK (Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) — publicly available recall data
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
For B2B customers with a signed enterprise or white-label agreement, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions in that agreement shall prevail over this section.
